I attended the showing of the movie Before they die at the Yale’s Afro American building and I could not believe my ears nor my eyes at the sadness that these people have had to endure all for the ignorance of people who keep insisting in hating others for the color of their skin and nothing else. They were terrorized and they should see justice before they die! So God help us to support this great cause and my hope is that they will see justice. Buy the movie and show it to others!

I attended this showing of ” Before They Die” at Medgar Evers College, and this was a very eye opening event, I am still in awe with response form Oklahoma, and I will make sure that I will spread the word for these individuals that had there chances stolen .

Weather notwithstanding the film played to a packed house at the Croton Free Library on Sunday 2-28-10, with a wonderful Q&A featuring Dr Hooker that followed. There was scarcely a dry eye in the room.Thank you for allowing us to screen the film. I would like to explore additional screenings in the Harlem community in the near future.
Pictures are available if you’d like them

    All the best,
    Ken Sargeant

Just contacted my congressman, Danny Davis, urging him to support HR 1843 and to do whatever he could to move it forward.
